These are sample menus that reflect our signature European style cuisine. La Villette’s fine food, skillfully prepared by chef Mariquita Combes, is greatly influenced by the French, Italian and Eastern European immigration to Argentina. We will customize the menus and work with you for each catered event taking into consideration your budget, whether they are at the office or in an offsite venue.

Grilling "La Parrillada"

La Parrillada is an example of the unique cuisine that La Villette can deliver at catered events. We will go to your home with our grills and do the set-up, grilling and serving of the typical Argentine barbeque.

Parrillada Mixta

This is a sample parrillada menu. In Argentina the meat is grilled outside with a wood fire, and includes various cuts of steak, lamb, goat, pork, sausages and sweetbreads.
